Abstract Submission

Authors interested in presenting at concurrent sessions must submit an abstract by the submission deadline: July 25, 2025. The abstract should provide a concise summary of the material to be presented and must not exceed two pages in length. It should include the following sections:

  • Overview: A brief introduction to the topic, including its background and significance.
  • Methodology: An explanation of how the topic was addressed, including techniques and approaches used.
  • Results: A summary of the primary and supporting findings.
  • Conclusions: Key takeaways, implications, and proposed next steps.
  • References: A list of references (if applicable).

For those submitting abstracts for the Poster Session, the same format applies. Poster Session abstracts should clearly specify their intended session. All abstracts must be submitted online through the conference website. Submissions via email or hard copy will not be accepted.

To submit your abstract, visit the online submission page and sign up to log into the system. Follow the instructions in the "steps for submitting an abstract" section to complete your submission.

  • The abstract text is limited to 10,000 characters, including spaces.
  • Files containing visuals, tables, graphs, or images must not exceed 10 MB.
