3rd International EV Charge Show E-Mobility Innovation And Entrepreneurship Competition

Innovative and sustainable ideas in electromobility, along with commercially viable product and service concepts, come together at the third annual EV Charge Show E-Mobility Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition.

EV Charge Show E-Mobility Innovation And Entrepreneurship Competition is organized by Voli Fuar A.S. in collaboration with the Turkish Association for Electromobility (AVERE Türkiye).

"Transformation" has become one of the most impactful concepts in recent years. This transformation has paved the way for the emergence of start-ups driven by innovative ideas, especially in the automotive sector, as the transition from internal combustion engines to electric vehicles accelerates. However, turning innovative ideas into successful businesses often requires support and resources that are not always readily available. Without proper guidance and backing, many groundbreaking ideas risk fading away.

The E-Mobility Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition aims to identify mature, innovative ideas in the field of electromobility, support their commercialization, and provide mentorship to project owners.

If you have an innovative and sustainable project idea that offers solutions, products, or services in the field of electromobility and you believe it is commercially viable, we invite you to participate in the third edition of the EV Charge Show E-Mobility Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition this year.

The widespread adoption of electromobility has created new business areas that did not exist or were in their infancy just 15 years ago. These areas include:

  • Electric vehicle-specific systems: Drive systems, regenerative braking, dashboard interfaces, and climate control systems.
  • Electric vehicle charging devices and smart charging technologies: Hardware and software.
  • Battery systems and energy storage technologies: Used in electric vehicles.
  • Internet-connected systems, sensor technologies, and autonomous driving features.
  • New business models: Such as car sharing and aftermarket services.

Projects can be related to any of the fields mentioned above. It is not mandatory for the projects to have a prototype or prior implementation. However, it must be demonstrated that the project is at a sufficient level of technological readiness for prototyping or implementation (TRL 2 or TRL 3).

Projects will be evaluated based on the following criteria:

  • Technological innovation and the unique value they bring to the sector.
  • Environmental impact, energy efficiency, and carbon footprint considerations.
  • Market readiness, competitive advantages, and a fundamental business plan outlining revenue models.

  • Undergraduate, graduate, or doctoral students.
  • Graduates with at least a bachelor's degree.
  • Individuals, teams, or newly established start-ups with the necessary skills torealize the project.

Applicants must ensure that all required information and documents, as specified in the application guidelines, are completed.
