All conference papers will be published as e-proceedings on the EvCharge Show and E-Mobility Eurasia websites organized by session, topic, or author. A limited number of successful abstracts will be published in the World Electric Vehicle Journal (WEVJ).

Concurrent Sessions

The concurrent sessions will feature contributed papers, selected through a rigorous review process by the International Program Committee (IPC). Accepted papers will be grouped into thematically cohesive sessions.

  • Each session will include 3-5 speakers and last approximately 80-100 minutes.

Poster Session

Eligibility for the poster session is limited to full-time students at the time of abstract submission. Posters will be presented during the EV Charge Show, providing students an opportunity to showcase their research to a diverse audience.

E-Mobility Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition

Project Presentations and Award Ceremony

This competition aims to identify and support projects that bring innovative ideas in the e-mobility sector to a commercial level. Mentorship will be offered to project owners, and winners will receive monetary awards. For more information and to apply, please visit the competition page.
